AP Pipe Haul-Off / Puller
AP manufactures and supplies unique Haul-offs (pullers) for drip irrigation production lines. Our pullers which are an integral part of the complete line, can also be supplied as a standalone unit. Our unique design assure an accurate and super stable Haul-off. Haul-off accuracy has a direct effect on the production line consistency especially in the dripper perforation. AP Haul-offs are designed for both Flat and Round drippiness, thin and thick wall with speeds up to 300 meter per minute.
AP haul-off / pullers are known for their stable and consistent performance even at high production speeds. Stability of the pulling speed is extremely important and AP pullers adhere to a 0.01% line speed accuracy. The key to our stability is a consistent pulling force which provides consistent tension on the line and prevents pipe slippage. The AP haul-offs require little or no maintenance at all, giving you peace of mind and production.
Hauloff / Puller Types:
Belt Hauloff: Used for both round flat drip irrigation production lines and ideal for pipes with a wall thickness of 0.15mm-1.5mm. The AP unique design employs would result in both bad product results (CV / Flow) as well as pipe ovality. Using unique belts also assists in the prevention of pipe slippage and maintaining the high pulling accuracy required.
Capstan: A unique puller system used only for flat thin wall pipes from 0.15-0.3mm. This puller is built for a super stable and super fast pulling. The AP Capstan reaches speeds of over 300 meters per minute with minimal or no speed variation. This is critical to assure accurate perforation spacing as in many cases this unit acts as the “master” of the line.
