AP Coiler Models
AP-STR-400
Unique coiler for short coils, utilizing 3 coiling heads for microtubing, corrugated pipes and garden hoses from 6mm up to 20mm (25mm optional). This coiler has an ultra small coil ID and uses shrink wrapping instead of strapping for the finished coils. We also offer the AP-STR-450 which is a similar coiler with a bit larger coil minimum ID (180mm) but with strapping instead of shrink wrap.
AP-AT-900
Ideal for both plain Lateral (PE pipe) and Drip Irrigation pipes of 0.8mm and above. This coiler is intended for pipe diameters from 12-25mm. Includes completely automated strapping and coil ejection
AP-AT-650
Similar to the AP-AT-900, the 650 model is a more compact coiler in both footprint and max coil size. This coiler allows coiling coils which have a smaller ID. This is ideal for the Landscape industry where short compact coils are a key product.
AP-AT-1200PE
is a coiler intended for HDPE pipes up to 32mm in diameter and a maximum coil Outer diameter of 1200mm. This coiler can work with other pipe types such as corrugated pipes and it features a unique stacker unit for the finished coils.
AP-AT-2700PE
Is a coiler intended for HDPE pipes up to 63mm (2.5″) in diameter and a maximum coil Outer diameter of 2700mm. Coiler is featuring a side by side coiling stations with full coiling, strapping and ejecting capabilities.
AP-FL-200
This coiler is for thin wall pipes, mainly flat drip irrigation pipes with 0.15-0.9mm wall thickness. This coiler uses a cardboard insert for the coils and allows you to seamlessly coil flat drip pipe from 12-25mm at up to 250 meters per minute when combined with the AP pipe accumulator, ensuring you produce coils of flat drip irrigation pipe ready for sale.
